After a twenty-minute session, it felt like my heart was going to explode.
And who says the French military isn't great? I sense determination in this skill.
(Yes, free-running (Parkour) is apparently a skill made by the French military to get over obstacles.) |

There's a small bathroom structure made of bricks at my nearby park. I kept wall-running up it, jumping off, and rolling once I hit the ground.
Takes a LOT of stamina that I don't really have. |

The French really aren't that bad. Most stereotypes aren't true. But they're funny. :3 |

My brother said that their official battle cry in times of war is "I surrender!" |

Same here.
Just try the basics. Like wall-running and rolling. Easy stuff. Look up "Parkour how to wall run" on YT. |

About stereotypes, the one who use that one are probably the Danish, not to be offensive, but they don't have a proper army that the French have. Anyways, Brad, same here, |

"Free-running =/= parkour"
In my opinion, they're close enough. |

Free running is sport. Parkour is much deeper. |

Free running is a sport where you skillfully get over obstacles in an unconventional way, like jumping and climbing.

| This will probably be the only exercise that I will ever stick with. Can't wait till next week to start. I don't have time right now to try it. |

Well, some good exercise to try is to find a rugged wall that's about 1.5 of your height, and try to wall run up it. I recommend finding a website like YT to explain how. |
