I've always wanted to figure it out >.< On my computer, f9, for example, turns my volume up. f5 turns my screen resolution up, f2 disables my internet. How can I disable these and have them work for games, or other programs. Eg; in SciTE if you press f5, or something like that, the script runs, basically I'm wanting to know how to enable shortcuts.

I know you can enable them WHILE the key is being held down. But you can't enable them without the key being held down?
