| None. SQLi is pretty easy to learn and you don't need a book for it, but it's blocked in nearly all modern websites, so you're not going to get far with it. It's a neat thing to know so you can protect yourself from it, but that's about it. |

| Don't need a book for SQL either. Just Google around, it's incredibly simple and it'd be a waste to get a book on it. |

Just use W3Schools. SQL is so simple, W3S has lots on it. (w3schools.com/sql)
