This thread states your directives (purposes), how you should achieve them, and how you should behave in MSF. ---==DIRECTIVES==--- Directive 1: Achieving a promotion Directive 2: Recruiting new members Directive 3: Impressing MSF High Ranks Directive 4: Making a difference
--==DIRECTIVE 1: ACHIEVING A PROMOTION==--
● Achieving a promotions is not asking for it. Promotions in MSF are achieved by being active, achieving goals in trainings, excellent raids, and sometimes by their skills. ● When asking for a promotion, ALWAYS use grammar. An example promotion message below:
"Hello, my name is GamerGod360, and I would like a promotion. I have been to 5 raids (all of which we won), I have trained both individually with many advisors. I like to forum and I think that a promotion would help me achieve my goals in MSF. "
What NOT to do: "hi sir can i plz have a promo" "giv me promo now!111" "i have 10000 kos, can i have promo" "i whant promo"
● Remember to always use grammar when asking for a promotion, and to never ask me for a promotion. As an alternative, you can ask any advisor instead.
● Promotions are not handed out in MSF. You must earn them and not ask for them until you think you are ready. Asking excessively for promotions will either get you demoted or lessen your chance of earning a promotion. ● Sending an advisor too many promotion requests may result in you getting demoted. Please, do not spam inboxes for a promotion.
---==DIRECTIVE 2: RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS==--- ● New recruits come in many different ways. Some click on our ads and then play the recruitment center.
● From the time they begin their adventure at the recruitment center to the time they leave, it is YOUR job to recruit them into MSF. However, there are some that we do not want to recruit into MSF. If the recruit is shooting at other MSF members or is on the 'Raiders' team, do not recruit them.
● If you want to recruit (a) new member(s), first take them inside the recruitment center. After taking them inside, ask them if they want to join or if they first need a persuasion. If they ask for a persuasion, tell them key facts you know about MSF. These facts can include: - How many members in MSF - How active we are - Who we're enemies with - What clans we're allies with - Any other good qualities you think MSF has
● If the recruit wants to join but does not know how, tell them step-by-step how to join. Here is a step-by-step process, you can use it if you like: - First, go to the 'people' section. - Then search the user 'TwistedPictures'. - Click on TwistedPictures' profile. - Scroll down the page until you see a bunch of logos. - Click on the one that says 'MSF'. - Click the 'join group' button.
● Recruiting new members is also a way to earn a promotion. There will be occasional contests and prizes for the top recruiters of the month.
---==DIRECTIVE 3: IMPRESSING MSF HIGH RANKS==---
● Impressing high ranks is a very hard thing to do. It takes time and effort.
● You can impress a high rank by building a cool place and then asking them to come to it(place must be for MSF).
● You can also impress an MSF High Rank by your skills. When you are at training with one, show them how good you are!
● If you want to impress an MSF High Rank, but you are not good at both building or fighting, you can ask a General to help train you. They will make you a better fighter, and they will notice your devotion, which could earn you a promotion.
● There are many ways to impress an MSF High Rank, but there are also very many to make them pity you. DO NOT: - Use bad grammar around high ranks. - Bug them for promotions. - Ask for a donation or for them to join your clan.
---==DIRECTIVE 4: MAKING A DIFFERENCE==---
● You can also make a difference in MSF by training lower ranked members- even if you're not a high rank. Once a high rank notices this, they will want to tell me how great you are and how deserving you are to be in a high rank position.
● Your skills at fighting can also help you make a difference- whether it's winning a raid or winning a war. Having good fighting skills will make other people defeated by you amaze themselves and wonder how good MSF really is.
● Another way of making a difference is building an epic base. There are many of these in MSF, but very few of them are checked by high ranks because no one asks the high ranks to look at their bases. You need to be one who asks.
--==HOW YOU SHOULD ACT IN MSF==---
● Always call higher ranks 'Sir' or 'M'am. ● NEVER kill an innocent civilian or a fellow MSF member. ● NEVER spawn kill someone(spawn killing is killing another person while he/she is still standing on the spawn. ● You should tend to use grammar around other MSF members. It may be hard for you, but you should try because new recruits WILL notice your grammar, and by that, they will judge how noob-infested MSF is. We don't want them to think we're a bunch of noobs. ● Whenever battling an enemy, you can say "Good fight" or "Nice try". NEVER say anything like "Hah, PWNed!" or "You fail!". ● You should never look to the destruction of another MSF member for fun. This includes closing the gate on them, killling them on purpose, insulting them verbally, etc. ● You should never call a higher rank or lower rank names, including "noob" or "idiot". However, if they do make you feel angry, PM me their username and you will no longer find them in the confederation of MSF. ● Never say MSF will attack another clan when it really is not. Doing this will earn you an exile. ● Just use common sense. If an ally comes to a base, treat them like an MSF member. Don't be too harsh on other MSF members unless they ignore you. ● If you see any suspicious actions, please PM TwistedPictures. ● If you see that MSF is being admin attacked, PM their username to both TwistedPictures and online advisors.
---==FAQ[Frequently Asked Questions]==---
Question = Q Answer = A
Q: How do I get promoted? A: You get promoted in MSF by being active and setting examples for other MSF members. The better you instruct them to do something, the better they will understand what their actions should be in certain situations.
Q: Do I need to wear the uniform every time I go into an MSF base? A:No, but you need to notify the MSF's in the game that you are part of the clan. However, you may not be able to access certain areas without the uniform.
Q: Why won't TwistedPictures respond to me when I PM him? A: Sometimes, TwistedPictures doesn't respond to your PMs because he is busy. If not, he might not respond to your PM because he doesn't want to be bugged or your PM has no grammar in it. Q: Why can't I get into the base? A: Most of the time, you cannot enter an MSF base if a raider is in control of the base. Use your skills developed in training to take the base back, and call for backup on the MSF wall if needed. Other times, an MSF member may not be paying attention to your requests. Simply ask another MSF member inside the base to open the gate if this occurs.
--==OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION==-- ● To see what is currently happening in MSF, refer to the group description. Inside contains mission directives(missions you can do, which can possibly earn you a promotion), and the Clan Updates section. This section contains vital information about what is going on in MSF, like recent defeated clans or other interesting facts.
● If you need help at a raid or defending a base, post on the MSF wall a post similar to this: "This is Advisor GamerGod360, and we need backup at the recruitment center! Link: www.roblox.com" Make sure to provide your rank and username, and specify where you need help. Also, copy-and-paste the link of the place you need help at into where the link section is. ● One of the easiest ways to get promoted, being active is key to a successful time in MSF. Make sure to post on the wall (make sure to use grammar!) and post helpful tips and ideas for other MSF members. ● If you want to be trained, simply PM a General and they will help train you. Please, do not PM TwistedPictures for that matter. ● Do not advertise your clan on the MSF wall. Doing so will result in a permanent position of Private and a possible ban from all MSF bases. ● Have a base/piece of technology you want MSF to use? Simply PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. ● To see all of MSF's allies and enemies, look in the MSF Description. The allies list will normally be longer than the enemies list. If you see any civilians in the allied clans, please let them into the base. If you see any civilians in enemy clans, FIRST ASK THEM IF THEY ARE NEUTRAL IN THE MSF/(ENEMYCLANNAMEHERE) WAR. If they are neutral, do not let them into the base but do not kill them unless they attempt to enter the base.
