Warder - this rank is the final rank within the average column and is considered the most competitive of the guild, especially since it requires you to be the top score of contracts within the month in order to earn a promotion. These members will be sent to confront with the more higher leveled priorities such as nobles or army affairs.

Master Warder - the master warder is given contracts that require kingdom affairs of the biggest priority such as a king or queen. Commanders - these last ranks command the guild and are ultimately the leaders of the warders, the positions are also very limited.
Elder Warder Council (5 positions) - has 5 positions and vote who the chancellor will be, (unless Grand Master Warder intervenes), can kick chancellor if all five agree even if the Grand Master Warder disagrees. & in special cases if the Grand Master Warder has done something terrible to the guild can veto the Grand Master Warder if all 5 agree along with the Chancellor.
Chancellor (1 position) - Can veto the Grand Master Warder as long as 5 Elder Warder Council members agree as well. Is second in command of guild.
Grand Master Warder (1 position) - The most powerful position in the guild, can replace the entire Elder Warder Council, unless Chancellor disagrees. Can knock out the Chancellor as long as all five Elder Warder Council members do not disagree. Appoints Council members, and promotes.
Guild Book: Warders Beginning The introduction to your course into Warders is the fact that your a trainee looking to become a shield as you move along. In order for you to get to that promising moment you must follow this book word for word, step for step. First to mention is that the Warders take pride into there RP skills and rely heavily on it. If you are uncomfortable with heavy RP then it is suggested that you politely resign your allocation of Associate. If you wish to proceed further you may still quit at any given time. This segment will deal with the way the guild operates and functions for it to work correctly. You will recieve contracts by the guild commanders and find that most of them will be searching and/or looking around as we do not have huge sets staged for when a player begins. So if you again are uncomfortable with the fact that imagination will be used heavily we suggest that you now resign your allocation to Associate. Ranking up is pretty simple for the most part, as it requires you to fulfill contracts to be promoted. Each time it takes more and more contracts. At the end of the 2nd stage you must be the top player with the most contracts completed in your position in order to rank up in status. Status details categories of ranks, the first three being novice or beginning ranks. While journeyman is the backbone or average ranks of the guild. The masters are the seniors and few that make it to that braket, they are well respected and also have 3 ranks within. The expert is only 1 rank and is given top priority missions due to his/her honor. And finally Commanders are the leaders and task assigners of the guild and can promote and demote. At some times we will fulfill actual contracts for players in game if we are request, please ignore anyone that GodMods or any player that only considers themselves. Only answer more involved players that can carry a balanced conversation. We will also not be in affairs that cross another players as we will not contest our RP within another persons RP as that is a conflict in interest. Remember this is only a mini-group and as soon as you leave the server you are considered no longer in the group unless you immediately rejoin and explain why you had left. This guild will go no further than the server, and duplication of the guild into a real full out group will be frowned on. This concludes the book and you may now consult your instructor if you have any further questions. Thank you for joining the Warders, Hoozah!!
