I don't think it is, honestly, because there's several reasons.
Nutrition- They say you'll get the main nutrition from Breakfast. You can just get it from eating/snacking throughout the day, and you can also eat 'Breakfast' foods through the day also.
It'll help boost your day?- You can get that just from Coffee. Caffeine helps you alot, for a good amount of time. Sure, you'll be exausted once it wears off, but Breakfast is about the same. |
