| Is there any good program that has like, a built-in Lua system that helps you make scripts? Does Notepad++ do that? |

The best program to practice writing lua for roblox is actually the roblox script editor.
If your using LUA outside of roblox and need a text editor for that then C++ does have a few plugins out there that do lua |

| Is the Roblox Script Editor just in Roblox Studio and that's what you use when you open a script? |

| Lua inside Roblox use the Roblox Editer. Outside of Roblox, use Notepad++ or SciTE. |
