The most well functioning state is one that "is" the people, not one that is "for" the people. The world is currently split up beyond the boundaries of state through cultures which have "moral guidelines", with the recent rise of multiculturalism in the developed and industrial world, multiple "moral guidelines" are being implemented in law. This constitutes a serious threat to expansion of a culture in which all citizens of a state identify (E.G. American). This National identity and culture has nearly been destroyed in recent years due to multiple "moral guideline" laws and state support. As an example America was always thought of as a "melting pot" children today are taught it is a salad bowl. Another point is that worldwide governments are influenced by stricter countries in terms of "moral guideline" laws. Many first world nations hide behind the word "democracy" to disguise a republic, not a democracy. Ideal societies are democratic in terms of voting system, a semi-government to compute vote counts and organize a military. A good state-people relationship is essential for a national identity. |
