| I know it's weird, but use melted butter or soap or a bit of vegetable oil to loosen it. |

If soapy foam:
Put finger on nostril without foam and blow wind out your nose.
If styrofoam, either do the same as above or get parent/friend to use tweezers and gently pull it out.
