Right.
You get to see how over protective some parents are, and it's funny. |

I think that there good when parents use them the way they were ment to be used,like,you know,just to make sure that they don't get hit buy a car or some other disaster.
But a lot of parents don't use them right.There made just to make sure your child is secure,It doesn't mean that you don't need to pay attention to your child anymore!!!A lot a parents nowadays ust use them to keep there kid out of trouble while they flirt at the bar!
tl;dr
It wrong when parnts use it so they don't watch there kid,Good when they want to make sure there extra safe. |

| What age do you consider a child is what my answer depends on. |

It's the same thing as chaining up a Pet...
You do it so you don't need to watch them 24/7 |

@beasty
You bring up a good point.
I personally don't think they should be used after they age of 3,4 tops....
And I'm still debating whether or not they should be used at all. :/ |

@Black I know 4 year olds that almost get hit by cars all the time. What I am saying is that it should stop at 6 atleast. |

@Yes,but that could be because there parents didn't teach them to be safe when there out somewhere....
But I'm probably wrong...I don't even remember anything before I was 5 or 6,so....mkay,6 sounds good. |
