roblox just says [content deleted] when an account has been permabanned. why? deleting it would free up alot of space (and beleive me i wanted to be "legobrick" not "legobrick100")32% of roblox is people who dont get on anymore. |

| Maybe because sometimes, the perma-banned robloxians can be unbanned if they contact builderman. |

| roblox would be WAAAAYYY more better if accounts were deleted. remember that fake spam thing? (about getting rid of accounts) i wish that were true. if roblox deleted acounts it would make a lot more space. we could have......SMART AIS on roblox :P instead of ai that follow u nomatter where u ar (zombies and stuff) have ai that worked like video game ai where they dont attack until they see you and they have their own paths not just following the closest humanoid. |

Dude. My account got deleted at one point in 09 because some noob told the admins my name is a VERY BAD WORD in another language and I did it one purpose (which is ALL FAKE.) I contacted Builderman about it when they had deleted my account and I got it back because I prove it false. If deletions happened your way (wipe the ROBLOXian from existence like it never has been here) I wouldn't BE HERE.

Biggest reason sites don't actually delete accounts, legal issues.
Say you bought a ton of ROBUX and lifetime OBC last week. Now let's say someone get's ahold of your account through one of various ways. They do a bunch of bad things and the account get's deleted. You send a complaint to ROBLOX that your account was hacked and prove your case. Too late, it was deleted.
Besides, with how many new people are constantly joining, deleting accounts wouldn't do much, since more flood in to replace them anyways. Keeping those accounts has nothing to do with AI and such that is possible, that is all scripting.
They also can't delete really for inactivity without facing legal issues. Say you buy a lifetime subscription and then take a 2 year break after a year only to find out that something you paid for a LIFETIME subscription was deleted due to inactivity. |
