My game gets really filled with safe chat people and its too much trouble to keep using a hint or message command to ask them a question. Is there a way to let them use the normal chat in my game?

It's against the Roblox ToS. They do not want the people safechatting to be able to talk/listen with others. If you create a script like this, you may get banned.

The value is locked, it is not possible. they have to sign up, although to set a USER'S safechat off they could create a parent account for themselves

I think its stupid if you ask me. I got support to back it up. Guest talking scripts are against the rules but so are guest banning scripts?... One reason why we want the banning scripts is because there is no easy way to tell the guest right or wrong. So we are stuck with guest that are stupid and run around and dont know what to do. Until we use admin commands.

Also, you would think one reason you would allow it is so the guest could learn a bit. It might help get more people into playing if they knew what is what.

Let me ask you if this is against the rules. To create your own safe chat for your game for guest to use. That way they could use messages that would relate to the game.

I dont understand how creating my on GUI talk would be against the rules. It would be no different than ummm... a remote or orb for example. Except it would be one where guest could use to say something in a Hint or Message.

If their parent changes the setting they can. But some people dont know that you can change that setting, or everyone would be wanting their moms and dads to change it for them. Im not saying to send the message through a chat, maybe a hint or something that would only show up for me?
