These Rules were set forth by the generals of SE. They may be repealed and added to at any time by the Generals of SE.
Act I Directly disobeying an order will result in a Court-Martial
Act II Speaking of overthrowing the leader, this include the owner and any generals, will result in a Court- Martial. The maximum punishment is exilation, the minimum punishment is a 1 rank demotion.
Act III Killing any SE soldier in any non-training instance will result in a Court-Martial. the court will decide the appropriate punishment.
Act IV Leading any mission in the name of SE without proper permission from an officer will result in a Court-Martial. If the officer gives permission for a mission that is clearly beyond the Commander in chiefs guidelines, they will receive a Court- Martial.
Act V Any SE soldier found to be in an area where he or she is not permitted to be will be punished with a Court-Martial. Officers can give special permissions in times of need.
Act VI willingly and Knowingly providing avenue for any enemies or unwanted peoples into a restricted SE controlled area will result in a Court-Martial. The maximum punishment is a 3 rank demotion, the minimum is a 1 rank demotion.
Act VII SE soldiers can only issue orders to lower-ranked SE soldiers. A soldier can only give orders to another with a higher rank if they have received special permissions from an officer.
These rules may be amended with approval from the Generals of SE.

Act IIX Anytime there is a incident at any SE function that results in the death of any individual by any cause other than falling or reset an incident report must be made and reported to an officer. It is then the officer's duty to post it on the wall of the Officer's branch. |

Act IX No group join request will be accepted to any SE branch during battle times. If anyone with a pending group join request is present at an active SE battle zone or raid(defense) they will be treated as a neutral. |

Act X Se officer's have the right to Kick anyone that that believe is abusing the privileges given to them in-game, ie. hacking, glitching weapons, etc. In the instances where the person being kicked is an SE member, the case will be reviewed by the court to see if the officer's actions were necessary. |

Act XI By law, the SE Air force is a privileged group. Anyone who wishes to join the air force must pass a flight exam as well as extensive training on their duties, and receive approval to join from the majority of the colonels and generals. As of 5/14/11, all current AF personell must take a flight exam and receive approval from the majority of colonels and generals. |

Law XII If a subject is promoted/demoted any person that is a higher rank than the subject's original rank has the right to question the promotion/demotion in court. if the court rules that the promotion/demotion was uncalled for, then the person who promoted/demoted the subject will receive a one rank demotion. |

Act XIII The Necessary and Proper Act This law states any member may claim immunity to any law of SE, if the court deems the subjects's actions were necessary and proper in protecting the security and continuity of SE. In order for this law to apply, a subject must plead such at a court-martial charged to him/her for breaking a law. |

Any SE personnel that kills a neutral payer will be court-martialled, EXCEPT in a free fire zone. Free fire zones are designated by Officers. |
