I've noticed an ever so present dealing with so many talented scripters and builders all utilizing "tycoons" as their big draw for players. I've never seen the big deal with tycoons, they all follow the same premise, they're all usually generic and bland, and people's time could be so better spent elsewhere, making some sort of uniquely scripted/coded game that more people would enjoy, instead of encouraging people to endlessly hoard currency on a item that has no replayability, just earn money, build, and voila. You finish.

The only reason they're 'popular' is because that's pretty much all people like besides obbies and other zombie survival/war games.

| I like tycoons. But interactive tycoons, like Defaultio's mining tycoon. |
