Welcome to WIJ, one of the greatest groups within ROBLOX. One of the many things that makes WIJ great is it dedication, and respect. Higher ranks, are more than just earned. They need to know when to act, and what the right thing is to do. What makes a leader is three different traits; Personality, dedication, and action. When given the chance to be a high rank, you are given a chance to make the right choice, and make this community better. You will be faced with times where you have to choose what to stand up for, and hold your ground. You will be faced with times that will risk your entire position. Leaders would not think twice about taking that risk for they shall always know that to show true leadership, you must define yourself by your personality, dedication, and action.
I am WIJ Colonel SorrowsZB. I have seen my own fair share of leadership. I have personally watched other fall and rise, through out ROBLOX and the real world. I have walked the same path myself. I have many strong virtues, and few weak areas. I am here to help you better yourself by completing the Official Officer Test. This is the new and improved version, I wish all of you the best of luck.
[Rules - Section One] - The questions will be answered neatly and in no other way. You must be professional and respectful. Please be aware that I can not accept everyone, only the best. Do not be offended if you fail, I will send you back advice and you can try again if given approval. [Do not try to sneak past by sending two without approval. If you are caught you will be demoted two ranks and refusal from any chance of getting the rank of Officer. I have a very good memory with names, and I have an in-box that remembers them for me. Watch out].
[Rules - Section Two] - You must use proper grammar at all times. If I spot any slight sense that you are trying to shorten your words then I will delete the test and you will not receive a comment or notice of this action. There are plenty of people who wish to be an officer, I do not want to waste my time with improper grammar. [NOTICE] - Always, start each sentence off with a capitalized letter and end it will the right punctuation!
[Rules - Section Three] - Do not attempt this Test if you do not feel you can pass it. I would like for all of you to try, but do keep in mind I will have to grade all of these on my own time.
[Instructions] - You will first copy and paste these questions into what ever you prefer. You can enter them into a Notepad or a Message. You will answer all of the questions while following every section of the rules. You must make sure everything is your best. Keep in mind, this could change your rank for the better if you make the right moves. You will then send the answers and the questions to me, the question must be labeled [Question One] - and the answers must be labeled [Answer One] - and so on. I will receive the message, I will then review it. If I accept you, then I will decide personally on the next step to take. Chances are I will speak with WIJ Colonel thepwnageone and get a second recommendation.
[IMPORTANT NOTICE] - In each question there are multiple sections, make sure to answer them all.

A friend of yours, and the WIJ community has deserved this promotion for a long time. The thing is, he didn’t get it. You start to defend his case, saying he deserves it more than the other. Another high rank steps in denying what you are saying. What do you do? Do you step down and let things progress? Or do you stand up for your point even if it risks your own personal rank?
[Answer Six] -
[Question Seven] - The WIJ community is filled with different types of people. Some respect all ranks, some only respect lower or higher ranks. Some members remember what it was like to be a low rank, and others do not. I want you to explain your WIJ Story to me and tell me why you believe you deserve this promotion to Officer.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] I have had experience throughout my ROBLOX generation, I can properly look at the infrastructure of a base and then work out the best possibility to make a solution. Most of it has come from being a Vortex Security Colonel.
[Question Two] - You are put in a position of a lower rank insulting a higher rank. The lower ranks name is JTman03, and the higher ranks name is JFC3 (Corporal) how would you address this problem? Also, what would you do in a situation where the higher rank (JFC3 - Corporal) is insulting JTman03 (Operative).
[Answer Two] I would contact a Colonel to deal with the lower rank, since they have more power ingame. If the higher rank was insulting the lower rank, I would "Enough." at first, but if he/she keeps going and ignores me I would demote her.
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] My first thoughts; "No, sorry." I decline it because the user has not shown any proof to deserve a promotion, otherwise, I'd consider it. No, I woudn't demote them.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] Yesterday; Vortex Security; Some VS were breaking into S2, and allies were team-killing, I successfully stopped it by placing 2 VSSPs by the S2 gate, and VS low-rank by the front door of S1.5. Myself though, was sniping on the wall to stop the riots. We successfully stopped it.
WIJ; 3 months ago; WIJ low-ranks kept spawnkilling the raiders, I prevented them from spawn-killing by successfully ordering them to stop shooting,
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] I will say "Ok." so I would step down.
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] I step down and let things progress.
[Answer Seven] Because I want to learn how different it is from VS and WIJ. I want to improve my experience and also improve my attitude. More more experience I can take, the more opportunities I can handle for my own social life.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] -I am an RSF highrank and rebuilding the new RFA. I have commanded over 7000 troops. If you ask them, they will tell you about my leadership.
[Answer Two] -I would listen to their explanations, interrogate them, ask for proof and tell them the next time they get insulted, to take a screenshot and PM me the link, where upon I will demote whoever started it.
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] -No matter how bad their grammar is, I ask what they've done for the clan. If their reasons are not good enough or they bribe me, I will not promote them. When someone asks me for a promotion, I tell them to PM me.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] -I consider being kind to members my best quality. An example-First of all, you can ask my troops and they'll tell you. Secondly, a good example, apart from speeches, is when the REC was being raided. After the raiders were delt with, I ordered the troops to hold the bridge and extinguish the raiders, and not to go further in order to give the raiders some space.
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] -I let the Colonel take over and I promote the troops that needed promoting so far.
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] -I stand up for my point. And I make sure I have evidence like screenshots to help me.
[Answer Seven] -I joined WIJ when it had 3000 members. Then I left. But If I pass this test, I will consider joining if it means me getting a rank up for this.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] - I have been a leader before a few times. I was a High Rank in RSF and I have managed my own clan before successfully. I listen to members, no matter what there rank is. Everyone is equal in a group. I have lead raids and trainings before successfully as well. I know what being a good leader means.
[Answer Two] - If the lower rank is insulting the higher rank, I would warn the lower rank that they need to respect higher ranks, no matter who they are. I would tell the lower rank member that the higher rank member has experienced more within the group, therefore, they should look up to the higher rank, unless the higher rank is not a good role model. If that member persists in insulting the higher rank, I would warn them once more, then demote them if they do not stop. With the higher rank, I would explain that thet shouldn't insult lower ranks, as some of them look at you as a role model. If you behave like this, it could influence some lower ranks. I would give them 3 warnings [Same as the lower rank insulting a higher rank] and if they persist, they will also be demoted. I would also advise a Colonel of this situation as well.
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] - I would maybe consider a demotion if they ask for a promotion with a message with no grammar and no reasons for a promotion. If the member had grammar and has good reasons, I would ask them a series of questions about what they would do if they were promoted, how they would behave in front of lower ranks and how they would help WIJ more as a higher rank. I would also test them out in situations in WIJ forts and outposts, to see how they interact with other members. If they have performed well, they would be considered for a promotion.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] - When I was a General in RSF, me and 5 other RSF members were raided by about 7 Vaktovian members at the RSF Recruitment Center. I positioned the members in important strategic places where the Vaktovians could infiltrate the base. After about 10 minutes, the Vaktovians called for reinforcements, therefore, more Vaktovians came into the server. We were outnumbered. Some managed to enter the base and they captured it a couple of times. However, we managed to regain control of the base and we held them off for a long time with reinforcements of our own. After approximately 30 minutes, the Vaktovians slowly started to leave the server. We won the raid despite the immense pressure.
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] - I would step down as they are a higher figure of authority. I could also learn from the Colonel at the training,
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] - I would let things progress by stepping down. The higher ranks have made their decision and it's final. I wouldn't want to interrupt them as they have made their point. The friend could have an opportunity to try again in the future and they could get the promotion they wanted.
[Answer Seven] - I respect all ranks since I was a lower rank. I let everyone have their own voice and opinion. I learnt a lot when I was a lower rank, from discipline in WIJ, the ways trainings are run, and I have looked to higher ranks for inspiration. I believe I can be a good officer, as I have learnt from my mistakes as a lower rank, and I will gain more experience as I progress through the ranks. I have worked hard ever since the day I joined WIJ. I have never betrayed WIJ and I will never do.
Thank you for reading,
Proud WIJ Sergeant Truefire2.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] - The definition of "Leadership" means to me: Being one who doesn't stand for any nonsense, doing whats best for anyone/anything. Being a leader to me means, train your student, as hard until he has mastered what he deserves to own.
[Answer Two] - I would define the problem (state the situation), assess my choices (see what my choices are), respond (chose which one is the best), and then, Evaluate (ask myself the "+" and "-" of this situation). I would also try and be productive of this, by giving a lesson to the other ranks, "NO ONE SHOULD EVER DISRESPECT ANYONE". And, I would ask JFC3 , why he was doing this.
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] - The thoughts in my head would probably be: "Well, the '+' about it would probably be, he would like me. But, that's the wrong reason to promote someone" - "What are your skills? Why do you think you deserve that rank?" - "Here, I will try and make an efficient test, to see if you deserve that rank." (one thing I NEVER do is: Promote without a reason.) To consider it and to decline it would be - "I've seen you in battle and your really ______" <--BAD,GOOD. I wouldn't demote anyone for that reason, all they did was come to me to ask a question. Unless they started to bug me, or really insult me.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] - No, to me, I think it's rare to see if someone's best quality is being a leader. They would be a good person though. That IS one of my good qualities though. I consider myself a leader because , I've experienced being a leader A LOT of times. But, there is a down-side to being a leader, everyone counts on you. So, that obviously means you CAN'T let them down. I have shown true leadership, when I got promoted to the Highest Rank in a group called "LAZER TAG PROS". When you have the Power to Promote, demote, exile, ect. Then when I entered a game, lots of people joined, and I had to Train/Test them all. Like I said, it's not always the easiest thing being a leader.
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] - I will step down. I NEVER disobey higher ranks, or lower ranks, or even my rank. I if any of the students say, "No, don't leave" I will say, "Sir ______ is a much better trainer then me, you'll have a better time"
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] - I will again, step down. I will always try to make it up to people. If I make a mistake and can't replace the memory, I will keep doing nice things, until he/she forgives me.
[Answer Seven] - When I was a Trooper, I felt, no one deserved this rank. Most people are fighters, good ones, ones unknown of yet. It may take time for you to get noticed I thought. Then I got promoted to Sargent for being at a raid and showing true talent to a Officer. Then I said "Thank you sir, no wonder this is a famous group, nice people, but yet, very strict". I think I deserve this "Officer" rank because I have shown leadership to higher ranks. To me, That would prove anyone worthy, still a bit of testing though. You may not think I deserve this sir, but, many others do. Thank you for your test!

This probably would be the wrong awnser but, I would stand up for the guy who deserves it. I've dealed with many of these when people deserve a promotion and have been waiting a while.

[Answer Seven] -
I joined WIJ ever since I defended Indigo as an Allie. I had so much fun there that I wanted to join. I've had fun defending the WIJ forts for a while. Esspecily when we're outnumbered. I don't believe I deserve Officer, but I just wanted to take the test and see if I apply.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] - I have enough experience to know how to lead a large number of soldiers. I believe that to be a good leader you must 1. Show respect to your higher and lower ranks. 2. You have to be good with planing defends, raids, and even wars. 3. Teach your men tell them new strategies make your group stronger both mentally and physically. I believe I contain the power to control and teach these to others.
[Answer Two] - I would ask "what is the problem" and hear both story's whichever one I believe has better reason I will let them be, the one who I don't think is correct will be sent to a higher rank for a possible punishment. If a higher rank insults a lower rank I would still report them to a high rank, but if I must handle it I would hear both stories and maybe let it slide if it was the first time he insulted, if he or she does it once more they will be punished.
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] - I would say "Sorry, but no." I would say that because if he or she has not shown any sign of leadership or promotion worthy actions, I would show them to the forum on how to get a promotion in WIJ. I would not consider a demotion unless they know the forum rules.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] - I can find my way around any battlefield just at one look. I can make people think I am something I'm not. I can make an ally with one short visit to there base or leader's. I am a good soldier I can use any weapon and vehicle.
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] -
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] - I say that every one deserves a chance I would ask to put them both to a test and the best one would get the promotion. I would stand up for my friend the reason is that I befriended him in a battle or just meeting, I fight next to that friend almost every day, we are brothers in war. On the other hand I would listen to both sides and what they did to deserve a promotion. Whoever the high ranks think deserves it gets the promotion.
[Answer Seven] - I was once a high rank in WIJ and I was hacked so I rejoined and I was a low rank, I am a low rank I now feel what it is like to be demoted and having to listen to people who I was once a higher rank then them.I think I deserve it because I have work so hard like the others also running did and still do. If you choose me I will show you how I can be a real leader and grow our army in members and strength. That is why I would like to become an Officer.

[Question One] - Being an Officer means you must know how to lead. As you read, the three main traits that affect a leader are their personality’s, dedication rates, and actions. Explain to me why you feel your traits are the definition of "Leadership" AND being a "Leader".
[Answer One] - I have a respectful personality and WIJ is my favorite group. I am dedicated to defending it. I obey my training orders.
[Question Two] - You are put in a position of a lower rank insulting a higher rank. The lower ranks name is JTman03, and the higher ranks name is JFC3 (Corporal) how would you address this problem? Also, what would you do in a situation where the higher rank (JFC3 - Corporal) is insulting JTman03 (Operative)
[Answer Two] - If the lower rank is insulting the higher rank, I would warn the lower rank that they need to respect higher ranks, no matter who they are. I would tell the lower rank member that the higher rank member has experienced more within the group, therefore, they should look up to the higher rank. I would also try and be productive of this, by giving a lesson to the other ranks, "NO ONE SHOULD EVER DISRESPECT ANYONE".
[Question Three] - When another player asks you for a promotion, what is the first thoughts that run through your head? What makes you decline, or consider the promotion? How would you handle the situation? Would you consider a demotion for this action?
[Answer Three] - My first thoughts: "Umm sir?" I decline it because the user has not shown any proof to deserve a promotion, otherwise, I'd consider it. No, I woudn't demote them.
[Question Four] - What do you consider is your best quality as a leader? Why do you even consider yourself a leader? Give one example of when you have shown true leadership.
[Answer Four] - My best leader quality is being able to think of a plan and organize an attack or defense. Once about a month ago, our base was taken by raiders. We tired to capture it back but were not successful. So I made a great plan to capture it back. I was like, "Guys, we need to make a side-division on the mountain and attack from two sides. So there are two holes we can use to get into the base." That made the raider snipers get confused when shooting at us. Later, we just took base, we successfully took our base back.
[Question Five] - You are giving commands at a training that you spent time to set up, and a Colonel comes in and address you that he is taking over. How do you react? Will you deny this and try to take the training back, or will you step down?
[Answer Five] - I let the Colonel take over and I promote the troops that needed promoting so far.
[Question Six] - As I stated before, leadership is defined on action. You are a high rank, a major promotions happens.
[Answer Six] - I wouldn't want to interrupt them as they have made their point. The friend could have an opportunity to try again in the future and they could get the promotion they wanted.
[Answer Seven] - I believe I can be a good officer, as I have learnt from my mistakes as a lower rank, and I will gain more experience as I progress through the ranks. I have worked hard ever since the day I joined WIJ. I have never betrayed WIJ or betrayed allies and I will never do. I learnt a lot when I was a lower rank, from discipline in WIJ.
