Based off the books by Robert Muchamore :)
WHAT IS CHERUB?
Cherub is a branch of British Intelligence. Its agents are aged between 15-25 years. Cherubs are mainly orphans who have been taken out of care homes and trained to work undercover. They live on the CHERUB campus, a secret facility hidden in the English countryside.
WHAT USE ARE KIDS?
Quite a lot. Nobody realises kids do undercover missions, which means they can get away with all sorts of stuff that adults can't.
CHERUB T-SHIRTS.
Cherubs are ranked according to the colour of the t-shirt they wear on campus. ORANGE is for visitors. (Cherubs are forbidden from speaking to Orange Shirts without permission.) RED is for kids who live on CHERUB campus but are too young to do missions. BLUE is kids undergoing CHERUB's tough 100 day basic training regime. GREY is for those able to go on missions. NAVY is a reward for outstanding performance on a single mission. BLACK is the ultimate recognition for outstanding achievement over a number of missions. WHITE is for retired agents, also worn by some members of staff.
THE CAMPUS.
CHERUB campus is extensive - each agent gets their own room with an ensuite bathroom. They can decorate this however they want. There is the recreational room, which has sofas and food machines, as well as table football, a snooker table, three plasma screens (One for TV, the other two for game stations). Then there is the cafeteria, the dojo, the swimming pool, the class rooms, and the Red Shirt area, where the Red Shirts live and play and train and take classes, and the Hospital suite.
Outside, there is the running track, the woods, the field, and the training lodgings, where Blue Shirts live while doing their 100 day basic training, and the extensive obstacle course.
100 DAY BASIC TRAINING.
This is something that every blue shirt must go through to be able to go on missions. 100 day basic training is tough - you have disgusting food, little sleep, and walk around all day with large, heavy packs on. When you shower, the water is freezing and you have no soap. This is to prove that you can handle missions that will push you into uncomfortable conditions.
PUNISHMENTS. Punishments are given to those who act badly or against the rules of being a CHERUB. Punishment laps - Having to run round the track. May sound easy, but the track is very long - 25 laps is a ten kilometre run, and you will often be set a few hundred laps as punishment. Decorating duty - Painting, putting up wallpaper, pulling down wallpaper, laying carpets… You get the idea. You have to decorate other CHERUB’s rooms as a punishment. You may get up to a hundred hours of decorating duty. Gardening duty - Pulling weeds, planting seeds, digging up vegetables, once again, it sounds exactly how it is. You have to garden as a punishment. You may get up to a hundred hours of gardening duty.
MISSIONS.
A mission briefing will be given to each Cherub involved in a mission. They have security tags, and will set off an alarm if you try to take them from the building. Photo-copying and taking notes is forbidden, and the mission briefing must be handed in before you leave for your mission. The mission briefing will contain what you are doing, how you must do it, your new identity and anything else that may be needed during the mission.
~The Rules~ 1. I may or may not appoint admins throughout the course of the role-play, depending on whether I think your role-play ability is good enough. 2. Admins give three warnings before a temporary ban. Based on the reasons of the warnings, I will say whether they get another chance or not. 4. No Mary-Sue’s or Gary-Stu’s. 5. Every agents starts off as a Blue Shirt, on the last day of 100 day Basic Training. 6. Please use as correct grammar and spelling as you can. 7. I will appoint the missions. For the sake of keeping everything as simple as I can, everyone will go on the same missions so we don’t have a mission going on at the same time as people role-playing on campus. People who join after a mission has started will have to stay at campus, and I will PM you when we get back. 8. You may join at any time, there is no limit to people joining. The more the merrier. 9. No flaming, ubering, god-modding, etc, okay? It’s tiresome, and you will receive a warning. 10. Read the rules before role-playing, please. To prove you did, tell me what number I left out THROUGH PM, so people who didn’t read the rules can’t copy your answer J Thank you!
~Character Sheet~ Name: (First and last please. Middle if you feel like it.) A.ge: (14-15, as we all start off as Blue Shirts, please.) Bio: (Since everyone in CHERUB was taken from a foster home, I’m giving you the one thing that all people on Role-Play seem to love to have as their character’s backing story: They are all orphans! Yay! Go crazy about the story why!) Personality: (You must have at least two faults. Everyone has them.) Appearance: (Once again, you must have at least two faults. And being so stunningly good-looking that you make everyone faint does not count as a fault.) Strengths: (The things that your character excels at. Maximum of two.)
To make it fair, I’ve tried to make it so that Admins characters are no better than normal characters, okay?
Please read the whole thing! This has taken me a long time to write out, and I don't want it all to be ignored! |

Name: Hayden Mason A.ge: 14 Bio: Hayden lived happily in the suburbs, and both her parents were out of the country in business. She was staying with her grandparents when the plane with her parents on crashed - with no survivors. Both her parents had been only children, and her mother's parents had died a few years earlier. At the age of ten, Hayden was orphaned, and later put into a children's home when her grandparents both had heart attacks. Personality: Hayden can be overly hyper-active. She's naive and can be stubborn, which leads to her having some issues about being told what to do. She's generally nice but can make snap judgements about people she has been told bad things about. She can be guillable, but she is trustworthy and can keep a secret unless she desperately has to tell for moral reasons. However, on a mission, Hayden will not speak even if it means her being shot. Appearance: Hayden is just under average height, and skinny with it. She is Caucasian skinned, with dark brown hair that is slightly wavy, and always held back in a ponytail. She also has brown eyes. Hayden has a bad habit of biting her fingernails, and she has a number of scars on her arms from where she self-abused after the death of her parents. She has stopped now, and the cars are healing, but they will always be there. Strengths: Hayden's main strength is Martial Arts - her parents were big on her learning to defend her self, and started her in Karate, Wing Chun and Kung Fu at the age of six. Later, after her parents died, she was introduced to the ways of street fighting. Needless to say, not many people would like to make her mad. |

(I'm actually British haha.)
Name: Ryan Tiris A.ge: 14 Bio: He grew up in London before moving to Cherub when his parents were most likely assassinated since they delt with some dark things which I didn't quite understand or know about. But all I remember is they disappeared from this luxurious cruise ship, so now I'm just another orphan. Personality: He is colder than a stone heart, which is probably what he has. The fact that his parents were in the black arts, he's became weak. Strength is something he never had, never will. Appearance: Black hair swirled over his head, with a white t-shirt and black jacket over it with dark jeans and fur black boots. When he was younger, he was in a knife fight and was stabbed down the leg, causing a brutal scar on his left leg. He also has no front toe. Strengths: Speed and Technology (such as hacking) |

Name: Roland Adelric Nicolau
A.ge: Fourteen
Bio: Roland's parents were a generic teen p.r.e.g.n.a.n.c.y case - his father was old enough, but his mother was not. This lead him to be placed in the foster home at the young age of just one year old.
Personality: Roland is very gentle and calm, despite his overly rough looking appearance. He is very absent minded, often walking into rooms and wondering how he got there. Roland is a very determined person - if you give him a task, he will do it. With how determined he is, it often develops into a sort of unhealthy obsession to get the task done, and done right. He is also rather stubborn. Roland has a symmetrical OCD.
Appearance: Roland is of German heritage, and thus he holds many of those characteristics. For one thing, his hair is a light blonde color. Naturally very untidy, it rarely lays flat. He keeps it short as a result, though it's not the best cut. His face is a bit odd, it's not ugly, but it's a tad femenine. His chin isn't very squared, more slim and pointed, and he has softer features. It doesn't look bad, it's just different. His eyes are wide and curious looking, but they are contradicted by the heavy bags under his eyes. The iris' are a startlingly bright brown color, making his already wide eyes look larger. His eyebrows are wide, but still thin. They hold some bushiness near the center of his large forehead, but are thin otherwise. Roland's nose is about average in length, with a thin bridge that has a hump down the middle. It has a deep cut across it. This was due to the fact that he was insane as a child, and felt that he could cut the hump out of his nose. He was intending to try once, but his OCD caused him to repeat the process until he was left with a scar. His mouth is wide, and thin lipped. The lips are pale, and his teeth are overall white enough, though his canines are unnusually sharp due to the fact that he tried to file them to a point when he was younger. His ears are about average in size, but oval shaped, and sticking out a little bit. He is a tall young man, a healthy 6'5". He matches this by being quite muscular as well. He is pale, though his knees are bony, and bellow his knees are a bit blotchy. Roland wears a plain white T-Shirt, with multiple brown stains all over it. Over this, he wears a dark blue jeans jacket. He wears baggy dark blue jeans and white sneakers. He wears a golden 'bracelet' on his right arm.
Strengths: He is naturally a rather good swimmer, and also knows lots of his herbs & plants.

(Let me explain this to you.
The Shirts are like years at school. The characters everybody starts on is at the end of their Blue Shirt course, at the ages of 14-15. When the characters get to the end of 'school', they should be 25 and Black Shirts.) |

(Some people start the training course later than others depending on the age they are picked - but should all be around the same age.
And yes we can, once Spiderpig is done trying to find faults.) |

(And KittyRox11. What did you get banned for, Ryann?)
I lifted the straps of the heavy pack on my back for a second, wriggling my shoulders around to try and get rid of the grooves that had been left in my skin. Then I looked at the other Blue Shirts - we were on our last day, but some had broken bones near to the end and would have to start the whole thing again after the bones healed. |
