| I want some opinions on this viewpoint. There are people and groups out there who raid other groups without being enemies. Also this include raiders that are in no groups. Would this not determine them as hostile civilians? A "civilian", I use that term lightly, has no right on another groups "military" facility. Thus I could say raiders and groups attacking your facilities without declaring war prior to the attack or not in a group are not protected by the "rules of war" and thus can be forcefully removed (banned) from your place without repercussions. Long story short raiding groups such as RoRaider's raids are invalid and people in them could be removed for being hostile civilians. Discuss. |

I'm sick of this: Noobs going into clan forts without being enemies, sometimes in no clans or groups at all,and surrendering without even fighting.......... |

RoRaiders represents nihilism/anarchy and that they raid purposly for "lulz".
But yes, this works out well, very well.
I'm also tired of the belligerent micro-clans that try and assert their "power" by raiding mega-clan infrastructure.
