For all those scripters(like me) out there in ROBLOX: Have you ever had a broken script? I know you have. I also bet you tried going to the Scripting Helpers. I have. When you went to Scripting Helpers haven't you experienced people not helping? I can guarantee you have. Simple solution: ROBLOX should make a Script Checker in the Help tab. Just insert your script, and then at the bottom there are two options: Option one: 'Script Fix' - Which does: It fixes the script then gives you a feedback. Option two: 'Output' - Yes, I know there's an output in ROBLOX Studio, but this one is a bit more specific. Also, easier to understand. This would help the new scripters.
I would personally use the Output one... Lol. |

You see, the problem with this suggestion is that the output comes from a COMPUTER. It does not have intelligence, all it has is the data that we program into it. Then, the RobloxApp.exe (Roblox Studio) only has what the admins have used the computer to program into it, which is limited by what the computer itself can do. The output is as specific as it can be, the compiler can't give any more specific examples than that. If you need help on what an error means, there is an entire section on the wiki, there is your output, and then, if neither of those have even remotely helped and you've exhausted all other possibilities, then you should just ask the Scripting Helpers forum and wait for a good scripter/helper to find your thread.

| You can't tell a computer to 'fix' a script, there is always more than one way of making something compilable; In fact, there are often millions. So no, this is impossible; at least with todays tech. |
