EVERYONE has the oppurtunity to join TAC. If they stay long enough in cadets, they will pass. There is no way you can be removed from TAC unless you remove yourself. My cadets stay from 1 minute to 1 month. My cadets pass anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 month. Some pass, some don't. Those who don't pass leave. They are never removed.
Anyone can pass, even if they are more incompetent than others. My DIs will eventually make anybody eligible to join TAC, and I must say, it makes them a better person most definitely. We teach discipline, obedience, respect, patience, and honor. It's hard, very hard. Some say it's fun, some say it's boring, some say it's easy, some say it's hard, some say it's pathetic, some say it's effective.
Whatever people say, I've seen the outcome of my men. They are different than before they entered cadets.
Join TAC today and become changed. |
