| Where ever I go on the site, I'm told that the best way to contact Roblox is info@roblox.com. When I do so, I get an automated message saying that I'm replied in 48 hours by the customer support team. When the time is past the deadline, I either get nothing at all, or a completely off-topic reply that seems like it's pre-written and pulled from a hat! Neither way helps me in any way. After pondering for a few months and a few messages, I come to a conclusion: Roblox has horrible customer support; there is no way to get in real touch with the staff. This must change. Maybe a few extra members to the support team and hand-written replies. Of course, hand written replies take more time, but I rather have a good, on-topic and helpful reply in a week than completely off-topic and useless response in 48 hours. |

| Your message gets to customer support, and then they choose either to not respond, or they choose which pre-written response to send you. |

Or they write the response themselves. I first got an auto once, replied to that and actually got an answer.

| I have sent them polite messages in which I make sure they understand what I mean, the most recent one was a complaint about a reminder I got for telling someone to contact info@roblox.com, but I got a reply pointing me to community guidelines, of which none prohibited asking someone to contact Roblox. None of the replies to this thread have been helpful yet, by the way. |

I sent a message saying that ROBLOX was to glitchy to play, and described the glitches. Of course I was told to reinstall by an automated responce. So I sent another message after id tried reinstalling and it hadnt worked. This time they told me to go to buildermans help page, which had nothing at all on the glitches I had. So i sent another message. And I got guidlines on how you get to be an admin. so I sent another. And I was told to reinstall again.
