| @Nick: No, never put an even amount of blocks per row in something where you need an exact center point. You'd need an odd number. |

@Poke, I was thinking that, Mostly because i'm rendering from the center.

| 19 rows, 15 columns. If you make each sprite 32x32 in size, it allows perfectly for a 640x480 sized rendering window as long as you cut off 16 pixels on the left and right sides to make up for 640/32 being 20 and not 19. |

What kind of RPG? Is it going to be a classic JRPG like FF*, or a dungeon crawler like Nethack, or an action game with RPG elements?
