A common dispute. What's your opinion? In your post you may want to include for how long you've enrolled in the martial art, if you sparr / compete etc.
I've tried a few, Kickboxing, Aikidio, Taekwando. Kickboxing is my favorite so far. I did it for a few months but had to quit due to health reasons., I sparred a little too. I'm gonna try out my luck with Karate after the summer.

@Cute, Argh, boxing D: ..What's Karate like? How did your lessons start off? Sorry for the questions but I don't really want to go through the whole Kata stages they tried to teach in Taekwando. |

Jet Li has taught me That no martial arts is better than any other It's how you use them/What you use them for |

@Dragon, I'm not so sure about that. Aikido/Hapkido was useless, I've sparred with a friend who's a high belt in Aikido and he kept trying to use my body weight against me rather than attacking. To be frank, it just doesn't work. |

Dude, Hapkido is BEAST. And I love it's teachings, your enemy can use anything as a weapon, you can use anything as a weapon Something like that. |

@Wolf, I lol'd. @Dragon, I've studied both Aikido and Hapkido, for short periods of times I admit but since there's no Kata stages we were thrown into the depth of it's teachings. It's fun to start off with because you get to throw people around the room but unless you're in a controlled fight (like MMA) and you're using groundwork, it's pretty useless :( |

@Error, What style is it? More kicks, more punches or ground work? Is it balanced? |
