| You know those lines on the edges on a brick when you select them... how do i put one of those on a brick when not selected? |

Okay, those boxes that:
stay the same color can be seen in the dark acts like the selection boxes but STAYS there unless deleted

It's called SelectionBox...Yes you can do it...
First click on Workspace and go to Insert,Object, Selection Box
Then in the command bar type this in:
game.Workspace.SelectionBox.Adornee = game.Workspace["PART NAME HERE"]
