Why does'nt this work:
b = script.Parent.Parent.Parent.blockk -- this is the brick that changes apperance b2 = script.parent.Parent.Parent.brick -- the brick that the other brick gets its apperance from n = script.Parent.Parent
------------------------------------------ function onClicked() ------------------------------------------ b.BackSurface = b2.BackSurface b.FrontSurface = b2.FrontSurface b.BottomSurface = b2.BottomSurface b.LeftSurface = b2.LeftSurface brick.RightSurface = b2.RightSurface b.TopSurface = b2.TopSurface b.BrickColor = b2.BrickColor wait(2) n.Name = "Changes have been made!" wait(5) n.Name = "Finished editing? Click me to finish cutomization!" end
script.Parent.ClickDetector.MouseClick:connect(onClicked) |

like say your script has no errors in it but it has somthing like function onhit(blah)
if hit == "cat" print("cat splatted") end script.Parent.Touchedblah:connect(onhit)
but say your brick is accually named cat2 and so you wonder why it isnt working so you go look at you script and realize that it isnt printing that so you automatically know where the problem is
its a problem solver/time saver |
