If people are just free to put for-sale items on store shelves, why sell them in the first place? People are eligible to steal items freely from store shelves(as they do now) without it. Mr. Aliano, for example, has completely abused JB Hi-Fi's shelves of items, and, as members of ebay, are making money off of it. That's like me stealing a magazine, copying all of the pages, and then selling to people. It just defeats the purpose of selling. Selling is, in the most literal sense the RIGHT to MONEY.
