| How do you even "Earn" a rank? it's not possible. Those clans are SO un-organized. All they do is just give the leaders a huge amount of tickets for visits. |

Man;that gave me a big laugh. They are extremely un-organized. They can't even promote people for "skill" for the fact how are you going to tell who did what and who said what with 50,000 other people saying they did the same? It's just who you know with that. |

Activity and skill is usually all it takes to be midranked, HRs usually have connections/have to suck up to an HR/have extreme seniority in the group, but some advance normally.
Honestly, a lot of these groups have such a broken promotion system that you can become midranked by writing essays full of lies. Sadly, mass promotions can't occur without that flaw. |

| As far as raids, they raid in a neat way. I don't see how they can promote people with so many people in the group. Its like a maze, you have to look for the people. |

.....A HR would shout a training. Members come to the training and show good skills etc. HR sees this specific person. He promotes this specific person.
Uhh? |

Problem is, if you give too many of those people promotion powers, someone AAs. If you give too few promotion powers, tens of thousands of angry first-rankers never get a chance.
Another way is sending promotion requests directly to officers, but so many people lie in those that it's a broken system, and you shouldn't ask for a promotion in the first place.
The best way of handling this is having lower HRs send reccomendations to upper HRs for lower ranks to advance. That way, most of your information comes from a reputable source, and you can keep in touch with the lowranks without threatening security. |

You watch your members, listen to your members, and make, at LEAST, an attempt at trusting your members.
UAF, RAT, and UCR handle this quite easily, though it does cause stress on leaders, seeing as there IS a large amount of members.
I think you've just been ignored in large clans; hence the criticism.

This is why I stick to small clans and groups. I wouldn't want a group over 100 members.

@Cool, big clans are more rewarding in a sense. Yes, having promotions might prove a problem. But over thousands and thousands of members you become a HR, that would be a great achievement. :D |

Over the one year that F.E.A.R. has been around, members have gotten EXTREMELY spoiled.
When I first joined, you were GRATEFUL to even get ANY rank, let alone a high rank.
Now what do members get?
"Get 50 KOs and get promoted!"
-_-'
Hence why I always say "Get 250 KOs and get promoted to [Rank here]". |

| They do most promotions on raids, activity and trainings. If you make a screenshot of you getting that certain amount of KO's on a training in RAT then you get promoted. From Guard its more activity and leadership proven. |
