SciTe is good. Visual Studio Shell is good with the Lua extension.
As far as the interpreter, google "Lua Binaries". |

| By the way, I hate the RBLX.Lua for programing becasue it is all contorted into a shapeless mass you can hardly call Lua. |

Lua interpreters? There's only one official interpreter, I think, and it's called Lua. ===> lua.org <=== |

Because removing four libraries that ROBLOX would be completely stupid to allow people to use on other people's computers is contorting into a shapeless mass.
Really, it's hardly changed at all. |

Not on Roblox you wouldn't.
Imagine being allowed to put "os.remove('c:\Windows\System32')" in a ROBLOX script. |

| You can install Gedit. It's like notepad with syntax highlighting and plugin support. |
