I have not made a RP in a very long while, so I think I'll just start a new one.
This starting post will show the necessaries of the Character Sheet, along with the form for it. I will explain other useful things in later posts. If you have any questions, ask as a post, please.
~ Races ~
The world of Evertiom come with these races. Unoriginal, I know, but they're all I can think of now. I'll add more in expansions:
Name: Humans Description: Self-Explanatory. Habitat: Humans are able to live with any conditions, not including extremes. They usually prefer areas of mild warmth and comfortable space. Starting Area: Kryiidil, Land of the Empire, Capital Traits: Cheating Death- Humans have been known to betray their own comrades just to avoid the inevitable. ( +2 Fate, +3 Infamy) Adventurous Spirit- Humans always seem to be moving, encountering dangers just for the thrill. (+2 Speed, +2 Luck, -2 Intelligence)
Name: Elves Description: The Elven are known in much folklore, but mostly keep to themselves, so they are rarely seen. Habitat: Depends on the conditions they were born/raised. Starting Area: Terlond, Halls of the Elves Traits: Wisest of them all- The elves are known to be the most intelligent race in all the realm. (+10 Intelligence) Deception- Underground Elves have been known to make evil alliances and causing betrayals so large they cause thousands of deaths (+5 Infamy, +10 Mistrust) Experts of design- The elves have been known to make beautiful and intricate designs. (+ 5 Metalworking, +5 Construction)
Name: Dwarves Description: Known for their ability to create incredible things with just fire and metal. Habitat: Dark or Snowy areas. Starting Area: Nosglond, Fortress of Ered Luin (I'm joking. It's the Fortress of Gerdi. Who ever gets the "Ered Luin" reference first gets a special piece of starter Dwarven armour. Traits: Experts of Warcrafting- Dwarves have known to be speedy with their metalworking during war. (+ 5 Metalworking Permanent, +20 Metalworking during war) Technologically Advanced- Dwarves have incredible technology, like the metal portable catapults they call "Tani"
Name: Demon Description: Former creatures of above ground, they were transformed into vile and savage creatures by necromancers Habitat: Underground Starting Area: Tryanei, the fiery region of the Nether Traits: Corrupt- Demons can control the minds of weaker folk, enabling them to work for them while still being conscious. (The ability of Mind Corrupt) Pure Rage- Demons will kill anything in their way, no matter what it is. (+20 Strength)
Once again, there will be more races, but they will come later. Also, I'll keep expansions inside the thread, and not make separate ones.
As for classes, just create whatever you want. It has to have to strengths, two weaknesses, and be approved by me.
Now, the part you've been waiting for: Behold!
Name: Age: (Human years for now, I'll explain ages later.) Race: Class: Appearance:
You can have a bio, but it is not needed. For some reason, people always get butthurt when I put "Bio (Optional):" at the end of the form, because they think they have to do it.
Let the roleplay commence. |

Dakoolaidkiller-
You find yourself Kryiidil, the Capital of the Human race. There's a marketplace, and arena, and the Kyro dungeon, but that recommended for experienced fighters only. First, you talk to Harnu, your mentor. He should have a quest for you to get started. |

Thon-
The Horde Leader had been training other members. He was huge with wings a dual battle axes.
"Ah, Thon! I see your training is complete- and just in time! Gather in the courtyard, the assault starts at dark!" |

Inside the courtyard, thousands upon thousands of Demons waited for commands. Finally, The Lord, with his high guards, came into view on a tower looking down at the Hordes.
"Today, we shall make our appearance to the known world! We shall make our way to the surface and kill all who stand in our way!"
The demons cheered, and made their way to another room with a huge hole, they then either climbed or flew up it to the surface.
Your Horde leader was giving out orders to other men, primarily to set up camp. You can either talk to him or help your comrades. |

Thon followed his brethren to the surface eagerly. He took a long sniff of the air, shuddering at the taste of innocence on his tongue. He stomped to his comrades, aiding them to set up camp.
(How large is the average Demon?) |

| (Lol, I don't know anything 'bout it, but when I see Ered Luin, it reminds me of the Deity from D&D, but that was the elven god I think. I dunno why, but it just does.) |

(I was playing my newly downloaded Trine since it seemed like neither of you were going to post anything.
Then I had ice cream.)
(Demons vary in height. They can be Behemoth size, or just as big as a human. The average is about in the middle, though.)
Thon-
One of your Demonkin come up to you.
"Hey, can you help me make some extra armour? The boss told me to make some."
(I'll have to go for the night. We continue this tomorrow.) |
