Lol. So last year, i couldn't create @ccounts because my @ccount creation was gone, but i found a way to bypass it.
It's a website where it hides you're IP. The website is protected by the Bill of Rights, so it's perfectly legal. |

| However there are laws that control what you can do on the interent if they correspond to US laws. Like internet terrorism is illegal because it corresponds to terrorism. |

Yes .. It was made by the US military. For communcations.
As technogly grew, and user friendly computers were made. There was a need for a type of internet like service.
Someone created it. Gave it out to free to the world. He wanted to promote the use of the computer, saw how it could connect the world. Then the spent there own money upgrading it periodcally.
So no. The US goverment has no rights to the internet. |
