Every server I go to with a guest, I hear this: UMG GEST IS STOPID KIL IT NOW!!!!! And most guests aren't even "true" guests, just real players breaking the rules without the punishment. So, why not make it like this:
When a person not logged in tries to play a game, it says Play tutorial. This would bring them to a map where it teaches guests the basics of building, using the catalog, and playing roblox. (I see so many guests touch a seat brick by accident, and they can't figure out how to get up. This makes me sad after they leave because they could of loved roblox, but this made them leave. They could be an amazing, skilled, great, kind player. But they will never be able to show it. ) If you have an account, why would you want to take a tutorial? The ammount of real player guests would lower, and real ones would join more, not being killed at every place they visit. If people became guests and learned before they played, the number of good builders would rise. Robloxians would go from ODing bad grammar using freaks, to amazing builders, amazing scripters, Great robloxians.
Also, here is what made me write this thread, I was playing community drawing, and a guest was playing. He drew an office building, with some trees and two robloxians near it, one was a guest, and one was me. I almost cried. He had been told to "GET OF MAH LAWN!" by everyone he tried to say hello to. I said Hi back and we got into a SS conversation. Then he said follow me and I watched him draw it. He said friend when he was done, and I drew the word "Thank you" on my canvas. This made me realize how much guests can become, how kind they usually are to others. We should treat them not to hate people, but to be our friends.
I hope you agree. Support, Or no support. And remember the words of one guest. "Friend"

Touching story, kudos for being friendly to a new player ;P
Also, I highly support this idea. While it would cut down on real players playing as a guest, it would also teach the guest how Roblox fundamentally works. |

I hate the way that people treat them. |

This is a brilliant, brilliant solution. Like nothing ever before. However, there is a scenario I'd like to bring up, and a solution I'd like to propose to the same scenario:
Guy, but we'll call him Guy: Hey, IRLFriend, you should play ROBLOX. IRLFriend: Okay, I'll try it out... but I'm not sure I want to make an account right away... Guy: No problem. There's a Guest feature. How about we meet up on Deception Infection by Stickmasterluke after school today? IRLFriend: Sure! (that afternoon) Guy, over outside IM program: Alright, IRLFriend. I'm on Deception Infection. I'm the one dressed all in red. Try to find my server and then press Join. IRLFriend: Okay... ... IRLFriend: Okay, I joined... wait, it's taking me to a tutorial?! Guy: WHAT?!
Now, to solve this solution, here's my idea: If a guest wants to play with an IRL friend of his, then during the tutorial, he sees a box that says "Would you like to play with a friend? Put your friend's name in the box." Once the guest puts his friend's user account name in the box, his friend gets an ingame popup saying "Guest 7331 would like to play with you. Accept?" and if the friend says Yes, then they are allowed to play in the same game.
What do you think?

| I also hate the way people treat them. I wish guests could just be treated nicely and have a good time on roblox. |
