CNSC Judiciary Act of November, 2010
Article I: The Supreme Court
Section One: Purpose
The main Court of the CNSC Judicial Branch shall be the CNSC Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall consist of eight Justices, and one Chief Justice.
Section Two: Supreme Court and Justices
There shall be no more or no less than Eight Justices on the CNSC Supreme Court. All Justices shall be nominated by a Parliamentary Cabinet member, the Vice Premier, the Premier, or the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Nominations must be presented to the Parliament, and must be unanimously voted in. If a nominee declines their nomination, then the nominators shall nominate someone else to fill that empty spot.
Supreme Court Justices serve for Life on the Supreme Court. Any Justice may resign from their position at any time, and still be a Justice or Judge serving on a different Court.
The Supreme Court shall have both jurisdictions: Original and Appellate. The Supreme Court only has Original Jurisdiction when it is the first Court to hear the case. The only Original Jurisdiction cases that may be brought before the Supreme Court are Cases involving ambassadors to the CNSC, and Cases between Clans. All other Court Cases shall have Appellate Jurisdiction.
The Justices of the Supreme Court shall decide which cases to be brought before them, as the verdict of many cases shall affect all the CNSC clans. The CNSC Parliament shall protect this, and shall not create a Law exempting this section.
Section Three: Chief Justice
The head of the Supreme Court is the Chief Justice. The Chief Justice serves for Life, and may resign whenever he or she feels necessary. The Chief Justice may nominate people to serve on the Supreme Court, or any other CNSC Federal Court if there shall be an open spot. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall vote with his or her fellow Justices on cases that come before the Supreme Court. There shall be only One Chief Justice. The CNSC Parliament shall protect this, and shall not create a Law exempting this section.
Article II: The Federal Appellate Courts
The Federal Appellate Court, or FAC, shall have Appellate Jurisdiction on ALL cases brought before it. FAC Justices shall be nominated, and approved by the Parliament into office. The FAC shall usually hear cases that are appealed from any Clan Court. The FAC shall have Three Justices for each Clan. All Justices on the FAC may serve for Life, and resign at any time. Like the Supreme Court, all FAC Justices must be neutral when hearing Appellate Cases brought before them.
Article III: The Clan Courts
The Clan Courts are the lowest Courts in the CNSC, mainly involving matters within one Clan. The Clan Courts shall have Original Jurisdiction on ALL cases brought before them. The Clan Courts may hear cases not only from within one clan, but also from any other Clan, or cases within the CNSC Government. There shall be Five Justices for each Clan. Each Clan will be required to have a Courthouse made for the Clan Courts, and at any time, the Federal Appellate Courts may use any Clan Courthouse for Cases. Justices on the Clan Courts serve six-month terms. Justices may resign whenever they need to. All Clan Court Justices must remain neutral when hearing Cases brought before them.
Article IV: Juries
All Courts when hearing Cases involved with Original Jurisdiction must have a Jury present. Juries are optional when in a Federal Appellate Court. A Jury must have a minimum of Six Jurors present for the Trial session. Juries do not have to be present during Hearings. All Jurors shall be picked at random, and must have little knowledge of the Case. When at a Trial, the Jury must be sated on a Bench to the Left of the Judge or Justice whom is presiding over the Trial. After much Evidence is given to the Jury during the Trial, the Jury shall leave the Courtroom and Vote for a Verdict involving the current Case to be heard. They shall meet in a small room with doors locked, and shall have a unanimous vote for the Verdict. If a unanimous Vote cannot be reached, then the Trial shall be postponed to a later date, where more Evidence shall be given to a different Jury. All Juries must reach expectations from the Courts. The CNSC Courts shall send a Clerk to pick at random any CNSC citizen fit enough for the Jury. This is called Jury Duty. All citizens to be picked shall come to the Trial. If there is some explanation why the citizen cannot make it to the Trial, they shall message the same Clerk who sent the Letter of Jury Duty. If the citizen does not respond, and does not show up at the Trial, the Courts shall approach the citizen who had skipped Jury Duty. Charges may be pressed against the citizen.
Article V: Clerks
The Judiciary shall also consist of Clerks that work for the Courts. The Courts may hire any number of Clerks for each Court. The Clerks have the responsibility to choose a Judge or Justice to preside over a Hearing or Trial, issue letters to CNSC citizens for Jury Duty, and deliver Cases to CNSC Justices and Judges.
Article VI: Lawyers and Attorneys
Any Accused CNSC citizen may have any number of Lawyers or Attorneys present at their Hearing or Trial. It is the Lawyer or Attorney’s responsibility to represent the Accused in the Court of Law. Lawyers and Attorneys shall only be paid when their case is won. If any Lawyer or Attorney is disrespectful while on the job, they may be arrested.
Article VII: Bail and Punishment
Bail shall be given to any suspect whom has been arrested. The Bail shall not be a high payment. The amount of money for the Bail shall be equivalent to the damages done. Only on extremely high crimes that may send a Suspect to Death Row (Exiled from the Clan and all of CNSC) may not have Bail, unless the Suspect wishes to pay a major amount of money to the Accusers. Also the Punishment given to the Convicted shall reach equivalently to the damages done by the Accused.
Article VIII: Amendments
The CNSC Parliament may amend any section of this Bill if they think it to be Null and Void. All Amendments must be 2/3 Vote.
Article IX: Ratification
The CNSC Parliament shall vote on this Bill. Ratification requires a Majority vote (2/3). All CNSC Parliament members whom ratify this Bill shall write their names below. Once approved by the Parliament, the Bill shall be sent to the Premier of the CNSC for his/her signature. If he vetoes it, it shall be sent back to the Parliament for a 2/3 vote to overrule the Premier’s Veto. The names of the respectful Parliament members shall be seen below:
Parliament: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
Premier:

i find faults in this like:
on roblox, serving for life isnt realistic, make it 4 month term
cheif justice will not reccomend people to join, that is paliment's job
Article II and III must go
Articly IV=jury when needed
laywers, u can only has 1 in the court room supporting you.
Article VII must go
other than that, good job

Okay then. I do understand why VII should go. There isnt exactly a way to pay people money with bail so I will delete tha part. On article IV, Juries only in Original Jurisdiction. That helps the Judge who is presiding because they wont have to do more work than required at tha level. And at Deleting Articles II and III: Why? There should also be a lower court, and the Clans should have their own court too! If all the cases went to teh Supreme Court, the 8 Justices and the Chief Justice will be busy with paperwork! But I will put these ideas into my thoughts. And yeah two lawyers is just craziness, so 1 lawyer is the limit.

Well Cloe said he has my approval! But he has a couple of aendments like Premier, Vice Premier, and Chief Justice cannot appoint. I do agree that could be corrupt. And also that the CNSC shall hunt down anyone who skips trial!

I just found an error. If the Justices and Chief Justice are elected, then why does the Parliament have to appoint them? Oh wait because elections control people's minds and make them obsessed! Changing back to being appointed except for Clan Courts!
