If the MaxPlayers did not have a limit then rpgs could be made alot better, although I understand that the lag would increase alot, It would still be nice if it was possible. Some suggestions are that you allow at least 100 people maximum, I would perfer unlimited so you could set it to numbers like 9000, and just remove the list of Players (If possible). If you can not remove Players list (Top right hand corrner) then this idea isn't of much use.

With the new engine, we should be able to have 30-60 players in one server, problem is that the baseplate is only 512x512 so it'll be a little crammed.

Im sure they'll do that, its just that it's sorta hard to fill up the whole thing with unique ideas, 300 trees in a row gets boring you know?

Create diffrent trees, and dont put them in rows, mix each treee up. It would take longer, but eh its for the good games.

if you had 9000 people in one server the player list would go off the page and you would have HUGE LAGG

Thats why I mentioned to make a way to remove the player list (or you could just cover it with a gui, and I said I understand about the lag. You wouldn't even get 9000 people in a game.

Other then the lag, I think it's a great idea. I don't see why you have to say the problem is something I already mentioned, or did you not read the whole message?

Think about blockhead's reason a bit more, thinking through it you also notice a couple of problems that would need to be updated along with it.
1.Chat-Would be impossible, ever try talking with 6 people in one game? as soon as you finish reading one sentence 6 more appear to push it off the screen, and you can barely understand whats going on, with 60 it would be difficult to talk to someone and read their messages in a 10th of a second.

Also, reporting would be time consuming searching through 60 names and finding the right one, and having the mods check through 60xs more in one report then usual and reading all 60 sentences that popped up while you had to move the mouse to the report button, fill out a reason, and click send.

ROBLOX is capable of going slow enough with it's current server size.
If they ever do that, though, it should be a Builders Club feature.

i think maybe it WAY BETTER if the roblox have a world where player go to store (like catalog), go to plane and fly to other planet (players place), and even talk with the S.C (signle chat). about that store i talk about would be even with tix and bux to buy thing that go to player's catalog, even trade money like donate! :D this will be like ROBLOX WORLD :D

I just wish I could lower the max players to 1.... I'm making a game but it really is only for on person at a time... and I sure as heck dont think that people will form a line in the beggining and wait for the person to get past the oooooooong game. Just do that and I'll be happy XD

There should just be no limit or minimum to the MaxPlayers, It would cause Script Builders alot of trouble

When they get ORGE 1.7.1 then we could fit 60 players maxium into one server with no lag!
