Can I make a brick go from red to orange in a smooth pattern by changing its BrickColor with a Color3 value?
this is what I tried:
r = 254 g = 165 b = 9
while true do repeat script.Parent.BrickColor = Color3.new(r,g,b) g = g-0.1 wait(.8) until g<=30 wait(1) repeat script.Parent.BrickColor = Color3.new(r,g,b) g = g+0.1 wait(.8) until g>=165 wait(1) end

If what you will change is the BrickColor of a brick and such, use a BrickColor value
If its for Smoke, Sparkles, Smoke, any object wich uses Color3 values, then use a Color3 value to change it... |

its either that script.Parent.BrickColor=script.Color.Value or script.Parent.BrickColor=BrickColor.new(script.Color.Value) |

Guys, thanks for trying, but I tried all of your help and none of it works. =(
The script works, but it changes it converts the Color3 Value to ASCII Color Value. >=| |

> error: Attempt to index 'Color' (a nil value)
I don't even have to test that to know what it will say. =| ROBLOX is beginning to irritate me. It doesn't give users the freedom to really change a bricks color. >:$ |

| Why dont you add a Color3Value, type the hexadecimal color code there, then instead of using the values in the script, connect them to the said Color3Value? |

| -_- Now its converting it to the closest ASCII Color, and not the actual Color3 Value. Its still orange, but its the same orange until it gets close to the color of a redder color on the ASCII color chart. |
