The design will be modern/futuristic as those are the designs I specialize in.

| The design of the train on my shirt was actually futuristic, in a 1960s sense. It was one of the 2nd gen turbine locomotives. They had jet engines turning their armatures, so they were very noisy. They were known for having two trucks both having two bogies on them. They were decommissioned due to the oil crisis and how the bunker c fuel contaminated the turbine blades |

Or, for a more futuristic train, you could build the m-497. If you don't know what this is, google it.
The story behind this one is that the NYCRR wanted a fast train, so they put a jumbo jet engine, specifically the corsair bombers engine, on a baggage car, and then streamlined it. The thing almost went 200 miles per hour |

Work has begun. The place can be found here. I left it open in case anyone wants to pop in to see it's progress.

The current car reminds me of a PRR T1 Lounge car
The T1 class was a futuristic steam locomotive that was op so if you need loco ideas you can look at that too |

I'm thinking of doing something similar to "The Normal Elevator" with it.

If you've been keeping up to date with my work on Vault 849, you can expect it to take roughly 1 week to get everything furnished and scripted. After that, I'll need to integrate save stats and events to keep the place busy.

Hi. I understand you are well underway but considering the size of your car it wouldn't fit on even the broadest of gauges
I recommend to build your cars and locos according to standard gauge, since the broadest gauge, Russian standard, wouldn't fare with the design of your train |

The design of your route is also important, since you will need to worry about realistic speed limits and different track grades.
Depending on the scenario you are building in, a lot of routes will usually have traffic that runs on a specific timetable. If you are really going to build a SLRR (Starlight Railroad): The route of the hype train, it better be good! |

Just to clarify, this isn't meant to be realistic, just a place for forumers to hang out and enjoy some constantly changing scenery, whether that'd be a relaxing view of some mountains, or an intense space battle between 2 foes.
