1. Go on your antivirus. 2. Allow ROBLOX.exe
This should work.

Windows 7 has their own built in Antivirus called Windows Defender you might want to check and see if that is blocking it. If that's not it try checking you normal firewall settings.

i already check the windows defender but didn't find anything. then i turn off that windows defender, but the problem still same. if the firewall, i already check it. and i found something that about roblox. i don't know its blocking or not. but the problem still same when i change it. now, am i missing something in windows defender or firewall?? cuz i'm suspicious that the problem is in that both of that program.

I'm sorry, but could you display some more information? Here is my advice (Use at your own risk): Go into the APPDATA folder. Make sure all your hidden folders are shown. Delve into the file named Roblox. Right click on Roblox Studio and Play Roblox. Using ESET, it should give you an option to always allow the program. If you can find the extensions, make sure those are unblocked as well. |

System restore your PC, don't use stupid restorers persuading you to buy them.

Don't system restore. Factory/System restore should be your LAST RESORT, such as when you have a duplication virus.

My Only hint on this Is,One you have a Virus In which I can walk you through to fix it,Or two you have to allow it through Adminastration On your computer Or three I have no bloody clue. :P
Hope that Helps any. |

i think there is no something that wrong at roblox folder. why the folder prevent the program that same with it. and virus, really. its hard to believe. cuz i think if the viruses will be detected by my antivirus itself. and if it doesn't detected. it will stay in my computer and always prevent me when i want to play roblox. but, i have it sometimes. sometimes its working, sometimes it doesn't.

AgentZann ant other that can understand me in my last post, the important thing of my problem is i can't playing games on roblox cuz it said my antivirus preventing roblox to accessing internet. so, i look to my antivirus and i found nothing. after that, i look to the windows firewall->advanced settings, and i found something that maybe windows firewall that prevent roblox to access internet, cuz i found roblox name in it. i allow it, but, when i check it with playing roblox, the same message still appear. so, i go to windows firewall again. i thinking that the problem isn't there, then i found in windows firewall "allow a program or feature through windows firewall" when i click, i didn't found something that named roblox. then, i check windows defender cuz i think it is antivirus too. when i click option->allowed items, i didn't find something that named roblox again there. that is my problem. i already try to find it in google about that problem but i found nothing that can helped.

This anti-virus is sounding a lot like Panda. However, if it blocks Roblox from accessing the internet, use IE or Chrome. If you want to build, change UAC settings to allow it.

If they already blocked it un-block it and it should work there should be a button I think that says blocked files go through there and it should say roblox allow.

wait, i found the answer. that cuz ur own system. not antivirus/windows. my suggestion is the only way is to tune up ur system. or repair ur system with some application. if ur problem is not in system, then i suggest u to find in internet where is the problem. if not in antivirus, then in windows defender or windows firewall.
