is there any way to make a part, where if another part rammed into it, it wouldnt effect the part that rammed into it's speed? (both unanchored)

It depends on what you're actually asking for, this can easily be done with Collision Groups, but if you're asking for transference of velocity it might take a bit more code.

Transference of velocity might best be accomplished with BodyMovers.
