| I have a custom chat GUI in my game that I'd like to turn to FE, does anyone know how to do this? |

how does your chat gui work?
you should be following this method, regardless of fe:
1) Player types in a message in a textbox and presses enter. 2) [Method A]: The player sees their message instantaneously, but unfiltered. 3) A remote event is fired to the server, the message is passed as an argument. 4) The message is filtered on the server using :FilterStringAsync() 5) [Method A]: The remote event is fired to all clients containing the filtered message using a for loop except the sender to avoid duplicate messages. 6) [Method B]: The remote event is fired to all clients using a for loop. 7) The client receives the filtered message, along with the sender. 8) A new text label is instantiated, it should contain the sender's name and the sender's filtered message. |
