You need to connect your function.
Right now onTouch is only the name of the function, so it's not actually being called or triggered anywhere.
Try this:
Part2 = workspace.Part2
function onTouch() Part2:Destroy() end
Part2.Touched:Connect(onTouch) |

script.Parent.Touched:Connect(function() Part2:Destroy() end)
