| Constantly check their speed, if it goes above the a walkspeed, kick them. |

depends how you want it. it would be best to do it clientsided, as FE will be enabled. checking with a server can yield a misfire or just missing it completely.
just get a localscript and do
game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character:Wait()
game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Humanoid.Changed:connect(function(property) if property == "WalkSpeed" then if game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Humanoid.WalkSpeed > 20 then game.Players.LocalPlayer:Kick() end end end)

Use this to check if the WalkSpeed or JumpPower changed and kick them if over a limit: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/new-api-instance-getpropertychangedsignal/36212
If your game is FE, check the WalkSpeed of the Server and the Client. If they don't match, kick them.
