Interviews:
Host( Performer+ can host): S-lock at start time. Welcome everyone to Interviews and do staff intros (ex: Hello! I'm Waffle and I will be interviewing some of you today! I wish you all good luck!) Always use :m when speaking. Go over rules [mentioned below] and wish everyone good luck. Supervise everyone and make sure everyone's doing the right thing.
Interviewer: Walk up to someone and introduce yourself, then tell them to wait there and then :bring them to the office you are using. Ask if they have any questions, if they do, answer it. Remind them to use correct grammar and warn them that they have 40 seconds to answer each question. Then use the following questions: 1: How did you come across Artist Army's? 2: Why should we hire you over anyone else? 3: What goals would you set for yourself? 4: On a scale from 1-10, how active will you be? 5: Do you have any additional questions/comments? If they get 1 question wrong, if they didn't use grammar, exceeded the time limit, or any other reason, they pass.
Trainings:
Host (Host+): S-lock at start. Then welcome everyone and do staff intros. then go over the rules listed below. Always use :m when speaking to everyone and wish them luck. Send helpers to designated rooms and then one by one tell the groups to line up behind their trainer and go to heir rooms.
Trainers: Ask to train a certain group and then STS in your spot. One minute before starting time prepare your intro and have it ready. After rules, take your group when told to, to your room. Each role for trainings are listed below.
Helpers: Listen to what your trainer has to say and if they need help testing help them. If you have any questions :pm the trainer, host, or co-host your question.,
Rules: Respect higher ranks and co-workers. Always use grammar. Be responsible, represent Artist Army's well.
