To get promoted to SA, you need to follow these rules. Breaking them will lower your chances to become SA+. If you follow these rules, your chances will be high.
1) Do not hint. Hinting is when you ask for a free rank in a way. Example: (you're talking to an SA+.) "Hey, do you want a drink?" That is considered hinting. This will decrease your chances.
2) Be active. Being active will tell us you want to satisfy customers. If you're inactive, you will probably not get chosen to become SA+. Example: If you became SB (two weeks ago) and you were online 4 times, that's active. But if you were online only once, then that's inactive.
3) Grammar. Grammar must be use at all times. In the interview center, training center, and the cafe itself. We want our workers to look professional, and with Baristas not using good grammar, that wont help.
4) Kindness. Kindness is one of the most important rules in this list. With Baristas not being kind, your chances will be low. You might even get demoted if you're not kind! These rules apply for SA+'s, too.

Asking someone if they want a drink is asking for a free rank... okay... what kind of indirect people do you normally talk to?
Must be used* at all times. In the interview center, training center and the cafe itself. (removal of unneeded ',') We want our workers to look professional. Baristas not using good grammar won't help. As a barista, if you're not being kind your chances to get promoted will be low. or Unkind baristas are unlikely to be promoted.
This is possibly the least professional promotion guide I've seen.
