I believe that we need fewer restrictions on jobs; we NEED more hiring of the middle class. My question here is why do we have so little members per agency, out of a group that easily has an active Thousands and Thousands of Members? This shows the pure colours of people, the pure non-willingness to give the people of this great country a chance. The people who have been here for a long time convert themselves into the elite, they themselves forget what they began as, an average citizen struggling to find a job. What got them over that hurdle? Was it time and experience in agencies or departments? My question is, how can we expect our citizens to get experience and to get a chance, if we never give them a chance in the experience of having a career? While I am genuine when I say this, however agencies should not just accept anybody but they can always accept people who aren’t so elite, who aren’t the biggest choice in grammar and you can train them to become more professional. You can teach them what is needed and how to do it, what to say and when to say it, you can give them the best experience they have ever had in law enforcement. Which, to me is something worth all that effort, it is something that is amazing. I truly believe that, when people are given a chance to succeed, they will do so, under the right environment. And, when they succeed, they will be able to prove to everyone who doubted them. What I am trying to say is, if you keep having the same job of the same type, over and over again, you will end up becoming relaxed and not trying as hard as you did originally. Eventually, you will end up inactive if there is not enough spice in your activities on this game. While we all group up and at some point we will have to focus on something else, there is people who are willing to fulfil the spot that has been left, to take a step into the spotlight and to take a step into their careers in this United States. There are many more issues that I believe that has occurred in this United States, but this is just one of my main concerns. Give the TheySinned campaign a chance, and we are willingly to prove everyone who doubted us wrong, just like the average citizen who is trying to prove to the employers who doubt them.
