I'm kinda new to datastorage and a little bit confused. Okay so here's my question how would I save a player's data when stuff like the game crash.
In the wiki when it teaches you about data storage(saving the players data) it says when things like the game crash happen it's good to have an auto save feature. The wiki's example was an auto save that saves every 60 second but what if the game just autosaved then the player obtain new data and before the game could autosave again it crashes. How would I go about this?
*If I'm over thinking this please tell because I still don't have a good understanding of data storage really works. |

When a players game crashes you don't need to worry. The saving will happen on the ROBLOX server not the client. Meaning the event for when a player leaves will be existent and run like usual when saving data.

@LuaDesign Thank You but why did the wiki include that in the datastorage tutorial?

"Lastly, we want to make sure our system can handle unfortunate events like game crashes. These should be infrequent, but we definitely don't want players to lose any of their progress!"
I guess I didn't bother reading it. I would recommend you save data every so often then.
