Here are the interview instructions and guidelines for Nightly Owls. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Attendance:
All MRs and HRs can attend interviews. Interviews are not restricted to any MR or HR rank. LRs are not allowed to attend interviews. Customers, of course, are allowed to attend. Also, we allow any Noted Customer or Allied Representative to attend. This is so that old HRs and SRs can see how interviews run, and Allied Representatives can learn something. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Hosting:
Only HRs are allowed to claim a card on the trello to host, but Supervisors can host the session with permission from the original host. The original host must go to the interview building and grant the Supervisor permission to start.
The host must join the game 20 minutes before the session begins. Once you get to the interview building, shout on the group shout saying that there are interviews. Try to make it something like this:
"Interviews | Come on down to the Interview Building for a job. | Customers only!"
After shouting, unslock the server by running this command:
;whitelist off
Yes, you have to use a semicolon. That will be explained further down the page. Next, use the following command:
;setmessage Welcome to (time)AM/PM EDT Interviews. Take a seat as we wait to begin. Use "!help" for any important inquiries.
Next, wait until the starting time comes. Once that happens, post on the shout saying that interviews are slocked. Try something like this:
"Interviews | Slocked! | Sorry to those who couldn't make it."
Then, slock the server by running:
;whitelist on
Now, you may tell everyone that interviews are starting by running this command:
;m Interviews will now begin. OR :m Interviews will now begin.
Now, you must wait for someone to conclude their interview. You will rank the customer they bring, if they pass, and then, dismiss them. Follow this process until there are no more people at the interview building. Once done, re-shout saying something like this:
"There is no session being held right now. Why not head to the cafe for a coffee? Sounds great to me!"
You can customize it how you want to. If there was a shoutlock, make sure to put the shoutlock on, not your own custom shout. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Interviewing:
When you're not hosting a session, you're going to be interviewing. You must line up and help any customers that need help. Once the host says to begin, you may take an interviewee. If you have none, please report to the host.
When you get to the interviewee, you must ask them to say C7RN. If it is tags, then ask them politely to leave. If they ask you what they can do, please tell them. If they refuse to leave, you may kick them.
Once you get to a private block/office, you may start interviewing. Here are all of the questions for the interviews:
Why do you want to work here at Nightly Owls?
How would you handle a troller, or somebody causing a disturbance?
Explain what you wish to achieve, if you were to work with us.
Do you have any other experiences with cafe type groups in ROBLOX?
Explain some good qualities you posses that'll make Nightly Owls better.
Interviewees can not have three grammar mistakes. On the third mistake, they've failed the interview. Please inform them that they failed. If they refuse to leave, you may kick them. You have the ultimate decision whether an interviewee passes or fails. Make good decisions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Admin systems:
There are two admin systems at the interview building. We are using Basic Admin Essentials 2.0 and Adonis. The Basic Admin Essentials prefix is a (:) and the prefix for Adonis is a semicolon When setting the message, use a semicolon. Same with unslocking and slocking.
