Aloha,
Here at Hawaiian Airlines, passenger satisfaction is our priority. Therefore we are improving our airline each day, but with improving we need passenger help, so we have set a few guidelines for passengers.
Each flight should be running smoothly, but sometimes our flights can be delayed or either worse cancelled. Some of these delays/cancelled flights can result in passenger behaviors.
Here are our current passenger rules. Keep note that any flight host can add there rules for there own flight.
-| No spamming. Spamming is useless and not needed, doing so will result in a permanent ban from the airline.
-| Complaining. Complaining that there are not enough seats left for your class is your fault, if you want quick seating, arrive early. It's as simple as that.
-| Arguing. Arguing towards ANY staff member or flight host is completely prohibited, doing so will result in an immediate removal of the flight.
-| Upgrades. Asking to be guested or wanting an upgrade without buying the ticket is completely prohibited. The staff are NOT aloud to have guests as sometimes it is unfair for the people that have brought the ticket.
-| Glitching. Glitching is also prohibited, doing so and being caught will result in an exile from the airline altogether, just because you have found a glitch or somethings wrong with the airport, report it to https://www.roblox.com/users/421959093/profile for bugs, if reporting enter as much detail as possible so we can fix it as soon as possible. - Again, any rule that the flight host makes at the start of the flight still counts, if you do not abide by our rules you will be removed without warning.
