Hello, welcome to Sandman Hotels™ .
This is a simple layout of what you'll need to have and what you'll need to know for interview sessions.
[INTRODUCTION]
Each staff member must introduce themselves and their rank. You will also need to mention your role for the interview session. For example: "Hello, I am Ava, I am the chairman. I will be your host for today" [INTERVIEW RULES]
Rule #1 Failure to use grammar inside or outside of your interview will result in your own failure.
Rule #2 You must respect the staff, and also the other people who are at the interview. This rule must be followed outside of your interview, too.
Rule #3 You will have 112 seconds to answer each question as we need fast Bakers. Failure to answer a question within 112 seconds will result in an automatic fail.
Rule #4 You have 15 seconds to respond to an interviewer. This means if your interviewer asks a question like "Are you there?" you will have 15 seconds to answer, otherwise you will be seen as AFK and will be kicked from the server.
Rule #5 All of the general rules must be followed inside and outside of interviews; no spamming, no onli######i######.
[INTERVIEW PROCEDURES]
Once you have done your introduction and went through rules, you will have to randomly select someone to interview. You will do this by using the command ":ff random". Whoever has a blue forcefield around them is who you are going to interview. Before you start the interview, ask if they have any questions otherwise they could be confused. You will then proceed to ask them the questions, which are in a separate post, and evaluate their answers. If they passed, name them 'Pas#########you do not know how to do this, do ": name (username) Passed".
[INTERVIEW TIPS]
1. You must check the age of your interviewee by doing ":age (username)". If the number is less than 15, they will not be able to take the interview. This is to prevent banned users from coming back on another account, and also to prevent inexperienced users.
2. Make sure everyone is seated before you go through introductions and rules. If someone has 'stolen' somebody's seat, it does not matter. They are chosen to go up randomly |
