You can create private servers using the TeleportService. First, you "reserve" a private server, which gives you an access code. Then, you teleport players to that private server using the access code:

OP is asking about a lobby-game system like that of Apocalypse Rising.
You can make a "personal server" since you're in control of who gets teleported where from the lobby.
You can create a custom VIP server system with DevProducts and this:
