The pricing is just too high in my opinion. Other than that, I think you should work on simple props like chairs/tables/lanterns and try to make them more detailed in different iterations, from there start working on bigger projects, and after that, keep going on, and start getting into basic script functions.

CSG, is that like blender? And I like to make simple models. Sometimes when I see very detailed models, it makes feel bad. I don't like working in with higly detailed models. On the other hand I would like to pratice it. For future projects. I do know that they could be more detailed. I am currently making a game. And these models would be great for the game.

CSG is like when you use Unions or Blender (some mesh creation software)
