renderstepped for when you need something to fire as fast as it can, but doesn't need to fire if the client weren't to see the updates, i.e. if the client is only getting 30fps then renderstepped would fire 30 times a second. Heartbeat fires every 1/60th of a second, so you would use this if you were tweening a part, and didn't want to wait on say, a laggy client.
