All group members and visitors of Sip N Chill are required to obey the rules and regulations forum. This forum explains the general rules of what is expected while on any game owned by Sip N Chill.
If you have any questions, please contact a high ranking official "CCO+" or myself and we will get back to you as soon as we can. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [!] RULES AND GUIDELINES [!] Please follow these rules to ensure everyone has a safe time. Our Executives and Administrators reserve the right to take a moderation action aganist you have trouble with these rules.
- First off, you are required to obey ROBLOX Terms of Service and Regulations. Link for more information is posted below https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Guidelines-
- Do not expose any private information about you, this is a security and safety risk, but also a ROBLOX TOS violation.
- Spamming isn't allowed here and will not be tolerated as it can disturb daily operations. Spamming is considered sending out a mass message several times.
- We do not allow any form of advertising, even if they are alliances with us. Owner or Vice must approve first before advertisements for other groups/games can be posted. This also includes seeking online partners.
- Trolling is strictly forbidden, some instances would include dancing/jumping on tables, spamming, threatening, etc.
- We have no room for any form of disrespect here at all, it's not tolerated at all. This can include hate speech, discrimination or even harassment.
- Acting or dressing inappropriately in any way is not acceptable and will not be allowed/accepted at any time.
- Impersonating someone else is forbidden here, an example of this would be someone acting as a worker/executive when really they are not.
- Exploiting or hacking our servers of any kind will result in a permanent ban from all games owned by Sip N Chill. Making threats to do so will result in a long term ban.
- Group members are not allowed to attend training sessions unless they are a worker at Sip N Chill. Excluding Interview Assistant and Interviewer.
- Staff are not allowed to attend interview sessions unless they are Interview Assistant or above.
- Workers must use grammar, they may not go off-task or AFK in-game due to earning unfair worker points.
- Workers spamming food to other players won't be tolerated. If we catch you performing this action then you will get a warning, demotion or dismissal.
- Don't plan on having infractions with these rules. Our moderation team will review everyone actions including yours and they will make their determination if they should take a moderation action against you. YOU! Are responsible for your own actions. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [!] RULES FOR ADMINISTRATORS [!] Any user who comes into violation of the rules will get 1 warning before being kicked. If they keep their actions or if they come into infraction with another one of the rules after being kicked. They will be time-banned for the necessary amount of days.
- If you find a player disobeying a rule, please contact a user who's rank is Supervising Team+. Providing proof such as screenshots and/or witnesses are acceptable proofs of a situation. They can be reached in-game on ROBLOX or Discord.
- If a cafe administrator makes the decision not to follow the three-step method. (Warning, Kick then Ban) then please contact Ericscarfone or YouFoundSci as soon as possible. It doesn't matter if you reach them via Roblox Messages or Discord.
- Remember, administrative abuse results in consequences and this applies to every user who is on the Executive Team or a Corporate Officer. |
